2. Getting To Know Each Other

We will discuss your employment history, whether you are wanting to remain in your current industry or make a change. We will exchange contact details to ensure that you are kept in the loop throughout the entire process.

3. The Finer Details

We need a lot of detail in order to get this right - where are you looking to work? What salary are aiming for? Is that realistic for the location/industry? Do you currently have a notice period - if so how long is it? The more information we have, the better chance we have of finding you your ideal job!

4. Keeping You Up-To-Date

We will forward you any appropriate job descriptions for your consideration. Give us some feedback and we will keep trying until we get it right.

5. The Interview Process

You've had the job specification and love the sound of the role. You have an interview booked in - let us talk you through the process and ensure that you are as prepared as you can possibly be!

6. Congratulations!

You aced the interview and the company would like you to start next Monday. We will set up another meeting for you to come in and wrap up the paperwork, ensuring that you have everything you need.
